Interview with Mr. Sanjay Singh, Plant head at Kansal Industries Ltd.

Since then, they’ve achieved significant improvements in operational reliability, especially in high-temperature environments. We spoke with Mr. Sanjay Singh, the plant head who led the implementation on-site, to hear about the impact of our solution firsthand.
Background: Machines kept shutting down — so did the production line
Frequent shutdowns in extreme heat conditions were a major concern at Kansal Industires. With temperatures in the compressor room often reach 50°C, thermal trips became an almost daily issue during summer. Mr. Sanjay Singh, plant head, recalls the challenges vividly:
“The machines would stop multiple times a day, especially during summer before using KOBELCO. It caused serious difficulties for the whole production team.”
