Message from the President, CEO and Representative Director

Since its establishment in 1997, the Kobelco Compressors Group has been engaged in the sale of air compressors and the provision of related services in Japan as a member of the Kobelco Group. In 2021, Kobe Steel, Ltd. transferred overseas business, the sale of refrigerators, heat pumps, and other products, the provision of related services, and the divisions in charge of developing and manufacturing these products to us. In 2022, we signed a capital and business partnership with Miura Co., Ltd.

We have established our Corporate Philosophy: Changing the Future with Air and Thermal Technology. It is the mission we must accomplish for our customers, society, and planet.
This is our universal mission and raison d'être. They remain unchanged no matter how the world may change.
To put this philosophy into practice, we have newly established our Corporate Philosophy Structure, including our Vision and Value Proposition, to be the path we should follow.

Our Vision is: We are a solution provider committed to optimizing energy usage around the globe.
This is what we aim to be like to achieve our Corporate Philosophy.
This means that we are a provider of solutions that maximize the value of customers' businesses, rather than just a provider of products and services.
We aim to provide seamless, valuable solutions to customers, including products customized to meet their needs and address issues, and provide combinations of products and peripheral equipment.

We also believe that Value Proposition, or the value we provide, lies in the comprehensive support we provide that extends throughout the entire lifecycle of our customers' equipment. We provide this support by combining the reliable engineering capabilities we have developed in our more than 100 years of work with compressor technologies and our thorough support system that underpins efficient and stable operations.
The Vision reflects our desire to help establish a society in which nature and the prosperity of people are in harmony by reducing society's impact on the global environment as our customers' high-quality products are used around the world.
